The Micro Pad lifespan is dependent on the quality of water coming into your home from municiple supply, the age and condition of your water system. Many homes have poor quality water coming into the home especially in some older areas due to the type of infrastructure, pipes etc, older hot water services can begin to rust internally toward the end of their serviceable life.
It is recommended to inspect your pre-filter condition weekly, if it is becoming dirty or discoloured by rust etc, it is recommended to change them in order for your Bio Mineral Pot filter to work properly.
The Waters Co Pre-filter Pads are an important part of your Bio Mineral Pot system. Micro Pads remove dirt, rust, copper, sediment and bacteria from the water prior to carbon/resin stages. It is important to remove these heavier contaminants before this stage in order for the carbon resin stages to reach their maximum potential life otherwise these filetrs will not last as long.

Waters NZ Ltd has a exchange policy which is, if you are not happy with your purchase Waters NZ may exchange your product with another product of your choice providing the product is still in new condition (unopened). The customer will always have to pay the freight and the price difference if the product purchase is greater than the amount in the first instance or purchase.
Goods sold on a door to door basis may be returned within seven days, and or any goods which are deemed to have manufacturers defeat or fault will be exchanged or may be refunded. This is the only time refunds will be offered, or where we are obligated to refund under the consumers guarantee act 1993.
